Sales & Automations Audit

You already own the pipeline.

Daniel, this is what we took from our call and where we would start. Tens of thousands of completed profiles, and by your own account barely any of them engaged. The first thing we would look at is your existing base.

August 2026 C-me Personalised pages + video

The problem

Tens of thousands of people completed a profile and then never heard from you again. Most do not know the platform is there.

Where we would start

One thing, done properly: wake the base with a personalised page per person and a video per segment, before September.

Three minutes, walking through this

Ivo talking through what we found and where we would start, in case that is easier than reading it.

What we found.

Four things came out of the call. They are not equally urgent, and the fourth is the reason this proposal is about one of them.

01
Tens of thousands of completed profiles, barely any engagement.

People take the seven-minute questionnaire, get their profile, and never hear from you again.

02
Very few end users know the platform is there.

It is self-service, and in your words they are not encouraged to go. The AI coach, team profiles and the Teams app are all sitting there undiscovered.

03
The pipeline has been leaking since the reorg.

Your words: a leaky bucket with a hole in it. The automated follow-ups and personalised workflows existed before and got dropped.

04
You need usage data before you can decide what to charge for.

You want to show the decision maker the impact and how much people are using it. That data only exists once the base is actually being engaged.

What is not on this list: the product. The platform, the AI behavioural coach, the Teams app. That side is moving fast and it is genuinely good. This is about connecting it to the people who already have it.

What we would build.

One thing first, because of your September timeline. Then the thing that only becomes possible once the first one is running.

First

Wake the base

Segment your data, then give every person their own page instead of another email pointing at a login screen.

Your base segmented by organisation, profile type and how recently they logged in

A personalised page per person, generated automatically

The right C-me content and features pushed to each segment: the AI coach to one, team profiles to another, the Teams app to the people who would actually use it

A video per segment, showing the part of the platform that segment actually needs

Sequences that fire on behaviour, not on a send date

Every view and watch tracked back to a person and an account

Then

Follow the engagement

Once people start engaging, you can see which organisations are warming up. That is a list worth working.

Where a company's people start using it, go to the L&D buyer in that company

What each account actually uses, next to what they ask for

Check-ins triggered by an account's own usage, not by a calendar

Alerts when an L&D champion changes company

A page per person. A video per segment. Automated.

An email pointing at a login screen does not wake anyone up. What does is landing somewhere built for you, that already knows which profile you took and what to do with it next.

We are not pricing this yet, on purpose.

You asked to see options, and we could have put two numbers on this page. We had a look internally and decided that would be guessing. Here is what we would rather do.

01
Wednesday, we dig into the detail.

A working session rather than another pitch. How the base splits, which feature matters to which team, what we can pull out of the platform and HubSpot, and what a good September looks like to you in numbers.

02
We come back with a scope and a price.

Written down, specific about what is in and what is not. Fixed fee if this is a build we hand over, ongoing if it is something we run with you. We will tell you which one we think fits and why.

03
If it lands, we build it against your September.

The activation piece first, because that is where you're prioritising. Everything else waits behind it.

On outbound. You said it yourself: everyone is pitching you the outbound AI piece right now. We would rather earn it. A few weeks of real activation data tells us which feature actually pulls people in, and that is what a cold campaign should lead with. Running it before then is guessing with your money.

Who you would be working with.

Just the two of us. No account managers, no juniors. You get both of us on the build.
